Generally, the 2nd Amendment safeguards your right to keep and bear arms, and presumably the Founders intended that those arms be kept in working order. Loaded, in other words. Which implies that you ought to be legally correct in making your own bullets.
But, things being what they are, with the government ignoring the rights of Whites so that others can have them in undue, excessive and allegedly compensatory measure, my advice is: Don't Get Caught.
