Well, it'll certainly give you a kick start what with the nitric oxide and caffeine. Taken late in the day, might keep you
awake all night. Sure looks expensive tho.
Take your protein shake after the work out.
Frankly, for the average lifter not looking for the next Mr. Universe title, all the supplements are just a waste of money.
Good, balanced nutrition with a protein emphasis is all you
really need. That, and the discipline to keep on pumping.
