What is the deference between black powder and flash powder regarding the power, detonation velocity and stabi?

Can anyone tell me that what is the deference between black powder and flash powder regarding the power, detonation velocity and stability? If a packet containing black powder fall from 10 feet distance to surface then can it blast? What is the deference between black powder and flash powder regarding the power, detonation velocity and stabi?
They use to use flash powder in packets to go with cameras to make the flash before the flashed were invented. What is the deference between black powder and flash powder regarding the power, detonation velocity and stabi?
Flash powder is a lot harder to make and it is a lot more volatile than normal black powder. I do not suggest using or handling flash powder unless you have someone there who really knows what they're doing, flash powder is extremely dangerous.

It's a lot easier to ignite flash powder than black powder, even static electricity can ignite it, so be really careful.

It also has more power than standard black powder and as it's name suggests it makes really bright flashes when detonated.

I hope that helped. =)
