What year is this black powder cap and ball gun from Richland Arms Co 0139 stamped on barrel?

Your Richland Arms Company Reproduction Cap %26amp; Ball Revolver was imported/distributed by Richland Arms Company, Blissfield, Michigan 49228. They went out of business in 1986..Your Revolver was manufactured either in Spain or Italy as Richland had sole U.S. distrubution rights for reproduction guns made in BOTH countries..There are no company records available at this point to do further research on the company or their respective gun values. What year is this black powder cap and ball gun from Richland Arms Co 0139 stamped on barrel?
They were sold probably in the 1980s. If you look real hard, maybe under the grips you will probaly find the letters ASM somewhere.

That's the kiss of death so to speak, it's Armi San Marcos and they made really cheap black powder revolvers copied on Old West classics. Made in Italy and they either went out of business or they were sued to death. Richland is just the company that imported and sold them here in the US.

Value depends on how pretty it is and the classic model it's supposed to look like. Shiny gold plating, scroll work, etc. will be worth more, maybe even a few hundred. A plain jane maybe a hundred. If you took it to a gun show, expect offers like $75.

Sorry, can't retire just yet. But you have a cool looking revolver.
